What is a good facial lotion and serum that work quickly and are very emotional?

I wonder what the fading serum for acne scars that works better. I do not know if I should go with Neutrogena or Olay Professional Pro-x try repairing lotion age, or what? I also wonder now face lotion w / spf is best for sensitive skin combined. I'm looking for a serum, and lotion for $ 50. Thanks.
