Do older people need to take multi-vitamins?
Some people feel that multi-vitamins are not really useful – particularly for the elderly. But Most people do not eat a balanced diet properly. The elderly, especially if they live alone, do not eat anywhere near the food to be.
Taking a multivitamin is beneficial for everyone. Vitamins are safe and effective in preventing deficiencies of vitamins or minerals.

The elderly do not receive the exercise they need to maintain its shape. As you grow older, more tired and think it's just a waste of time.
Like most of us do not eat nutritionally sound that we in our food, we take multi-vitamins to supplement the few vitamins that the food they provide food.
So what kind of vitamins we take? Doctors often recommend a multivitamin that meets recommended daily. If there is a health problem such as osteoporosis, he or she can recommend additional calcium.
