I straighten your hair every day. How I can keep healthy?

Once or twice a week I use Pantene shampoo moisture renewal daily conditioner and Pantene intensive hydrating mask to leave for 3-5 minutes. "I can use some of Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum (if that counts). Other days I can use a foam recovery and rehabilitation shampoo and / or smoothing styling cream. How I can keep my hair healthy? Thanks!

I recommend using a product in your hair before straightening to protect against heat. I think Pantene Pro-V or a couple T3 is a good fat heat detector
