I suffer from major depression and received a sun lamp for light therapy?

I suffer from major depression and received a solar lamp for light therapy. Does anyone have experience with them? Have you been helped? What is the best time to use them? Can I go to sleep with her? Thanks

This will help if you can not go to sunlight each day. If you can do that instead and get some exercise and both will help with depression. Also take capsules fish oil per day, for what they contribute.
