wrist injury! + Is a wrist brace supposed to hurt?
3 weeks ago my friend and I were playing volleyball and were setting when I hit it wrong and it tweaked my wrist somehow. the shock of it reverberated though my wrist and to my elbow so both hurt everyday.
what do you think happened to it?
i got a wrist brace that you can get at walgreens ect but it hurts when i wear it but i think its supposed to help cause its immobilizing it but i’m not sure. thoughts?

Well by the sounds of it that wrist brace isn’t giving you the support you need.You should go to ER and have an x-ray to see if there are any fractures (you should have done so at the time) and you may require a plaster if you have
