Therapy Eye Exercises to Improve your vision with ease

A Long Island ophthalmologist called Dr William Bates, has developed a series of eye-strengthening exercises to improve eyesight without surgery. Dr Bates felt that the issues the attention of many with their causes stress, stress and laziness of the eye and he believes that due to these causes, the eyes may be treated without correction such as eyeglasses, sunglasses or perhaps surgery. Dr. Bates techniques were invented in the twentieth century, but many people still practice today.

Dr. Bates believed that the eyes can be re-trained relax and improve the connection between the optic nerves and the brain – thereby improving vision.

Dr. Bates concepts have been mainly ignored by the scene drugs. However, the pop world, say the extraordinary improvements in myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, strabismus and amblyopia using these methods. Even Young children can practice exercises and people with normal vision can help concentration, reading skills and coordination after the routine suggested by Dr. Bates.

"Swinging.

Cool and keep your eyes moving. Stand up and go to a distant point, swaying gently from right side. Repeat a hundred times a day, flashes to move. Blinking cleans and lubricates the eyes, which is particularly important if you spend a Great Deal of time at a computer.

When you see, be aware color rather than form. For example, if a red truck, experience the shade of red, not the truck.
