Black Rice
I bought some sticky rice and black house is within the night is not divided into two halves. Is it wrong?
I thought the interior should be obscure and outside. I hope someone advise me.
do not worry. is a quite normal. You know, every grain of rice has several layers – a jacket, a black coat and white heart. after the balloon is removed, the rice is in blackish brown. Then people will choose to polish even more expensive to produce white rice grains or simply stop producing black rice you bought. The inner core is white in every grain of rice. It's good that you buy the black because the people black layer contains many vitamins, but many do not like because it is sticky and the texture is quite difficult.
