How to make a new, beautiful natural look with makeup little as possible? PLEASE HELP!?

I wash my face every day, to sometimes Neutrogena Wave and sometimes with BeautiControl Skinlogics kit step 4. Both leave skin soft and smooth, so I do not really have acne problems. Just give me the buttons once-in-a-whole. So my main problem is the discoloration and pallor of my skin inequality, like the circles in the eyes and strange red dots on the front, but not due to lack of sleep, rashes, allergies, or something. It's just my skin. I was thinking of buying bareMinerals foundation and perhaps a flush of light, but I do not know. I want a fresh look, natural, and I'm not wearing any makeup. Also, I have a skin pale yellow-ish color and green eyes and blond hair black. PLEASE HELP! THANKS! I am only 11 so it can not be used as eye shadow and stuff in school I already use camouflage and arts uneven my skin, but does nothing and does not cover enough on the disappearing.
